Interface: ValueCounts

How many elements carry each value of one readable path: what session.data.valueCounts(path) returns. Unlike ColumnHistogram it reads any path data.readableValues() lists -- a data column, a run's field, a node value read at an edge's end -- and it never bins or truncates.
