@graphty/graphty-element / index / EdgeLabelCounts

Interface: EdgeLabelCounts

Defined in: graphty-element/src/managers/LabelDeclutter.ts:87

How many edge texts the element is drawing, and why the rest are not. An edge's label and each of its end captions count as one text each.

edgeHidden and hiddenByOverlap are separate parts of labeled, as in NodeLabelCounts. With layoutBehavior.labels.declutter on, node labels are kept first, and an edge text is drawn only where it overlaps no node label or edge text already kept.

Since

3.26.0

Properties

edgeHidden

readonly edgeHidden: number

Defined in: graphty-element/src/managers/LabelDeclutter.ts:91

Texts not drawn because their edge is not drawn (a filter or the time window hides it).

hiddenByOverlap

readonly hiddenByOverlap: number

Defined in: graphty-element/src/managers/LabelDeclutter.ts:96

Texts not drawn because, inside the current view, layoutBehavior.labels.declutter hid them: they would overlap a label it kept. Always 0 while declutter is off.

labeled

readonly labeled: number

Defined in: graphty-element/src/managers/LabelDeclutter.ts:89

Edge texts that have words to draw.
