A result, small enough to hand to anything.

This is the bounded form: a result card reads it, an export embeds it, an AI tool returns it and the plain-language reading is generated from it. It never grows with the graph, which is the rule that keeps a summary a summary -- a tool result is never a list with one entry per node.
