Defined in: graphty-element/src/config/palettes/categorical.ts:98
Kelly's colors of maximum contrast: twenty colors for as many groups, for a partition larger than any other categorical palette here can name. Research: Kelly (1965) "Twenty-two colors of maximum contrast", Color Engineering 3(6)
The published sequence without its first two, white and black, and without medium gray (#848482), which an "other" group's gray would be mistaken for: nineteen colors. Kelly ordered them so that the first n are as far apart as any n can be, so a binding that uses only the first ten still gets ten that read as different. Not safe for color blindness past the first few; the palettes of eight and nine are, which is why they are preferred while they fit.
