The facts: property (the file's property or construct, or null), target (node, edge, graph, or null), count (how many times), samples (up to 8 of the file's own values) and, on W_STYLE_LAYER_SPEC_IGNORED, reason: why the layer was not rebuilt (INVALID, SELECTOR, SELECTOR_TERMS, PATH, or REFUSED when the element refused it).
