The built-in algorithm names the element reserves but does not run.

Nothing implements this one yet. The name stays in KNOWN_ALGORITHMS, so no plugin can claim it and no code that names it stops compiling, but starting it fails with E_UNSUPPORTED rather than E_UNKNOWN_ALGORITHM. It is removed at the next major release unless it is implemented first; all-paths is tracked by issue #329. clustering-coefficient, reserved here until issue #330, now runs.
