Every declared style field no style channel can change, with the reason for each and whether that reason is a decision or a defect.

WHEN THE CLASSIFICATION IS ARGUABLE IT IS A DEFECT, deliberately. A defect waiver costs an owner one reading a quarter; a decision waiver costs nothing and is silent for ever, which is the failure this split exists to end. So a field whose register row is still open is a defect here even where the pin that makes it unreachable looks like an architectural choice -- the owner closing that row is what reclassifies it.
