What the summed ordered-pair counts were divided by: 2 on an undirected snapshot and 1 on a directed one (NetworkX's convention), or the normalized pair count. scores[v] * divisor is the number of ordered (source, target) pairs whose shortest paths pass through v, each split by its share of those paths -- the scale Cytoscape.js's betweennessCentrality reports.
