StyleBorderPosition = "inside" | "center" | "outside"

Where a node's border sits against its width and height: center runs the border's middle along them, half in and half out, the way an SVG or canvas stroke is drawn (most programs); inside keeps the whole border within them, so the node is drawn no larger than its size (Cytoscape desktop); outside draws it wholly beyond them.
